Software services
EcomFlow provides ecommerce automation software and related services. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error or are not satisfied with an eligible software subscription purchase, contact us at support@ecomflow.space. We review refund requests case by case.
Custom work and onboarding
Custom onboarding, implementation, integration, or professional services may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of future billing by contacting support. Cancellations stop future renewal charges but do not automatically refund prior charges.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically submitted to the payment processor within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
